Hi I am Lynn Cormier, owner of Wicked Licks. It all began with my first job at Dairy Queen all those years ago in high school, then to Carvel in college.  As I was looking at grad schools, my parents Loran and Janet Lessard, decided to buy and run Licks Unlimited in downtown Excelsior, Minnesota right off of Lake Minnetonka. This was where I fell in love with Chocolate Shoppe ice cream. I wanted to be the first person to bring it to the East Coast where you can enjoy it as much as we do!

Chocolate Shoppe was established in 1962 in Madison, Wisconsin by Chuck Sr. and Nancy Deadman and is now run by their sons Chuck Jr and Dave Deadman.  Why is Chocolate Shoppe award-winning super premium ice cream so rich, smooth and deliciously creamy? Because they make it with a 'uniquely blended recipe with14% butterfat mix and 35-40% overrun'. Overrun is the percentage of air contained in ice cream, yogurt and gelato.  The lower the % of air the more dense the product. 

They also produce dairy-free and fat-free options and  

all of their products are certified Kosher by Chicago Rabbinical Council.

We are located in the historic district of downtown Sturbridge, across from the entrance to Old Sturbridge Village.  We are directly off Route 20 and easily accessible from the Mass Pike and Route 84. Follow  the green 380 address sign toward Old Sturbridge Village.
